No, it doesn't measure blood pressure, but you may have seen it on an app, because there are other devices for this, e.g. a wristband. The quality is still controversial. The measurement with pressure change (inflatable cuffs) is still far superior to the electrical (optical) measurement. According to rumours, Apple wants to bring this to the next watch.

The RingConn Gen 2 automatically measures your heart rate at regular intervals, which is helpful for recognising activity. You don't have to use the app all the time to measure your pulse, but it can provide you with additional information and analyses. For boxing, the ring is a good alternative to a watch as it is light and easy to wear.

The RingConn Smart Ring does not measure body temperature constantly, but only as part of the sleep analysis. There is no indication that the temperature measurement takes place continuously or on demand, outside of the sleep phases.
