According to internal consultation, the following two microphones can be connected to the camera:
Axis T8351 MKII Microphone 3.5mm (Network Accessory)
Axis Network Microphone Device Microphone B (Network Camera Accessories)
However, the following adapters would also be required:
KRK 3.5mm to 6.3mm (jack adapter)
DAP-Audio RCA male to 6.3mm Jack Female (jack adapter)
Yes, the camera can obtain an IP address regardless of whether it is from a 3G/4G router or a wired router. Just keep in mind that such a router as asked does not have a private IP and therefore the external access is not possible without further ado, this just so tur info.

Motion detection yes, ceiling mount no.
It is intended for wall mounting, I have made something with a metal bracket to mount it on the ceiling.
However, Reolink offers a completely overpriced conversion kit for ceiling mounting.
This Reolink RLC-423 camera with PTZ function is flawless and works perfectly with Synology devices.
It is designed to be mounted on walls.
