Have you measured the voltage at the panel connector? If there is no voltage when the sun shines on it, then the panel is defective. You may still have a warranty
Yes it is included, the camera alone is 103. Comes with various mounting brackets and a very long waterproof usb cable.
That can't be right. I have just realised that the Argus 2 has a USB Micro port to power the battery, but the Argus 3 has a Type C port.
What is Smart Life for you? The app has recently been updated and can now also be connected via the cloud and with iot. But I think this refers to other products (IoT) and cloud storage. I've accumulated 12GB of data (videos) over the last 2 years and there's plenty of room for them on my 64GB card... The solar panel may also keep the battery running well in the midlands with several foggy days in a row. Never ran out of power.
Should work, it's a normal mico-USB connection. But it takes a little time for the mobile. Better or bigger would be this solar cell: 4smarts Solar Panel. I have this in use. 4smarts Solar Panel VoltSolar 5W with USB-A connection (5 W, 0.20 kg)
Hello Sylvia Reset the camera as described here https://www.bedienungsanleitung24.de/frage/reolink-argus-kamera-zuruecksetzen then connect the camera according to these instructions https://www.smarthomeassistent.de/reolink-argus-kamera-einrichten-und-in-betrieb-nehmen/ A silly question, by the way, does your new Zyxel router already have wifi?
In the PC app and in the Android app there is a menu item to rotate the picture (upside down). In the PC app, mirroring would also be possible (right left). Everything worked for me in a short test (but I don't use it).
Yes, the new solar panel will be delivered. It was already included with my order in autumn 2020.
We would like to apologise for the delay. We have been able to establish that the order has been dispatched in the meantime.
Yes, you can: Reolink Solar Panel (Network Camera Accessories)
Yes, you can manage multiple cameras. I only run two but it doesn't look like there is an upper limit anywhere.
I was able to connect the camera via WLAN of the UPC Connectbox without any problems. It is possible that it only works via the 2.4GHz. signal, I am no longer sure.
No, you have to enter this separately for each camera.
Hello In the app, all cameras appear separately and can only be configured separately. Even cloning is not possible. However, I have never missed this. An "I wish" email to the manufacturer may work wonders. I have been running two Argus 2 with solar panels since autumn 2018. It has always worked, I didn't even have to do anything to it. Batteries were always charged.
Thank you for pointing this out, we will have this checked and adjusted accordingly.
1. and the customs costs? Then it gets more expensive and some people get a surprise ;-) 2 Switzerland is very often a high-price island. If you ask the seller why, you are usually lied to.
The camera only saves to the internal SD memory and can be read from the mobile phone or PC via an app. Cloud storage is provided, but not available for CH customers. FTP uploads are not possible. Cheers
to set up yes. After that, the images are also saved on the SD card to be inserted.
I have also missed this function until now ==> unfortunately no
No.
Yes, this is possible without any problems. you can then also give the cameras names and make individual settings. P.s Solar panel is not really the best. charges more badly than right.
Yes, yes and yes. I use iPhone and iPad with the appropriate app to access from outside the home network. Outdoor, there is a cover that came with me.
The camera must be connected to the WLAN, but I can also access it via the mobile phone network. If you don't have an SD card in it, the recordings will not be saved. The camera also works without a cable as long as the battery still has juice.
The cable from the solar panel to the camera is 4.0m long. If required, an extension cable of 4.5m is available from the supplier (Reolink.com).
Hello, I think so, I need the camera for my forecourt. It just runs there and records when there is movement. Greetings
