Hello, this has nothing to do with a specific bank, but with the new generation of giro cards, for example. The chip contained there can no longer be read by older TAN generators (for example tanJack® optic SX, SE, SR and CX) and therefore leads to an error. z. e.g. for invoices with QR code you can use the TAN device.
No, unfortunately this is not possible with this device.
No, it is not. This is due to the procedure used. Rainer SCT supports Sm@rt-TAN photo and chipTAN QR. The ZKB uses photoTAN. The procedures are not compatible.
Unfortunately, I couldn't find any more detailed information on this anywhere. Perhaps someone who has had experience with this topic will contact me. Otherwise, it might be worthwhile to send a specific product request to customer support.
