I loved the hard surface for the precision of movement due to the lack of friction compared to other mats. It is durable and of good quality. I would like to know if there is a larger mat of the same quality (XXL) with a hard surface.

Yes! It is a proprietary software from razer itself that can be edited with Chroma studio (sorry about spelling).

I bought a Razer Mamba TE and the Firefly V2. Even after calibrating, increasing the lift-off range and cleaning the sensor I have tracking issues, on my wooden table the mouse works perfectly. Does anyone know what the problem could be or has experienced something similar?
