I don't know the difference, it's just the complete name. I use this part with my iPhone. However, an iPhone Quad Lock case is required.

Good question, as the photos are of the same product. :-/ First of all, the one at 76.00 (item 5785172 ) is supplied by DasWarenhaus - often more expensive - and the other one (item 13512845 ?) comes directly from Galaxus. Otherwise, the manufacturer's product codes are QLM-OFM for the 76.- and the V2 is QLM-OFM-2. No idea what the difference would be, but I am very happy with the QLM-OFM-2 on my handlebars.

Yes, because it is "only" a holder. The phone can be used without restrictions. The question is rather whether you can attach the holder at the desired angle.
