No, clearly not. You need to buy the specific model for scooters, which attaches to the mirror stem. However, not all rear-view mirrors rest on a stem.

If the diameter of your handlebar matches the dimensions of the Motorcycle Mount Pro, then this is not a problem. My experience is that vibration damping is superfluous for a mountain bike.

This is a wrong picture. But the Pro version made of aluminium is supplied, including a black lever :)
With the "Quadlock Waterproof 12V to USB Smart Adaptor" you only have a USB-A port to which you can connect a conventional USB (to smartphone) ... to charge your smartphone wirelessly you also need the Wireless Charging Head.

Hi, the quad lock mount accepts the quad lock phone case rotated from vertical to horizontal without the need to change anything.
