Hello, the operating instructions recommend wearing the Pulox on the left wrist. But probably only because then the display is not "upside down". In my experience, the readings on the left and right are ~the same (O2 measurement left - right thumb). But there are probably differences, as blood flow is not exactly the same (left and right-handed). > Ask AI...

I would have to check, but we stopped using the device. At the lowest rating, the measurement varied so much that we had to fear an oxygen deficiency and only after tests at the doctor's did we find out that it was the device. Then we bought one for the finger. Not as comfortable, but measurements are better. Subjective opinion.
