The readings are much too low, 89% in an awake healthy person cannot be true! With Apple Watch Ultra in parallel 97%! Can anyone tell me their experience?

I just compared readings from Checkme O2 to measurements with a fingertip device (medical Econet): they correspond nicely : 93-96%
