Hello The pictures are unchanged but already in 2020 it was reported that the nose hair trimmer is not included. What is the situation after 2 years. Is the redness shown now offered or was it simply ignored or not corrected?

Hello according to the picture, is a nose and ear hair clipper. Unfortunately it is not included... I know there is nothing in the description but then you should not show such pictures with the product.

Device received yesterday, exactly the same, no AEG designation (Profi-Care). Nose and ear hair trimmer not included either.
