Hello, I am looking for a possibility for my surveillance camera with solar panel. This is connected with USB C. Now I would like to attach a possibility to the camera that I can plug in the panel and a charging cable in case I need to recharge with the power bank. I hope I've written it clearly. Camera is hard to reach and so it would make things easier. Does this part work or what do I need? Would be glad for help. Or is it not possible? Thanks in advance

No, this USB-C splitter cable is not suitable for your purpose. You need an active USB-C hub with Power Delivery (PD) pass-through - this allows you to safely connect the solar panel and power bank.
