I would like to be able to do interval training: for example 30'' work 15'' recovery, 4 sets. Is this possible with this model?

It seems to me that this is not possible. You can however configure the automatic tour function by choosing either the distance or the duration of your interval.

Hello, is the watch directly equipped with a heart rate sensor or do you have to get the belt for the torax? Thank you for your answer.
