Indeed, it works on both sides, but you have to take 2 if you want to avoid dismantling each time...

Yes, I have the WRC version of the Evolution. the bracket is then screwed on between the seat and the feet.
I have the Playseat Evolution Alcantara, the holder is compatible with it. I don't know if this also applies to the Pro version, but I think so.
I don't know if it is officially compatible.
However, I have also screwed my Clubsport shifter v1.5 onto this plate, as far as I can remember but only with three of four screws. I also attached the Clubsport handbrake to the side of the shifter and everything held without any problems. But you won't need the upright "adapter plates", only the "base plate".
