Questions about Pioneer SPH-20DAB

Good evening everyone. Unfortunately, my amplifier no longer works with this radio. I have connected it in exactly the same way as before but nothing is coming through to the amplifier. When I reconnected the old radio, everything ran normally and worked. I activated the subwoofer in the app. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

My phone connected once then will not connect again either with Bluetooth or cable. Tried my wife's phone and the same results. Connected once but not again. Says settings>smart sync>permissions>nearby devices . Checked on phone. Everything seems to be there. Any help gratefully recieved.

I no longer get any sound from the front speakers despite the full/sub setting. Up to now, they always ran without problems via the power amplifier. All channels of my amplifier are working and I tested them with sub. Everything worked with the same setup. Front 1+2. Rear via radio and sub via 3+4. Power amplifier Hifonics 4044 150Wx4.
