Can this also be connected to a PC system?

Yes, the sound system can also be connected to a PC via AUX. The subwoofer automatically connects to the soundbar, so only the AUX on the PC is required.

I have now read this carefully: www.download.p4c.philips.com/files/t/tab6305_10/tab6305_10_p... Do I understand this correctly: If the TV doesn't have Bluetooth, you can't operate the device without an additional cable? And that's not included? Or translated: You buy the part and have to run after a cable first???

Hopefully, a remote control is included in the scope of delivery. Also all the necessary cables ;-)

Can I lay the subwoofer instead of standing it? Or does the Partout have to be upright? Lying down would be logistically better for us.

I see no reason why this should not be possible. I would just not put anything on it, and not put it on the floor unprotected.
