Yes, it has a basic European socket and an adaptor for Switzerland because manufacturers no longer bother to fit Swiss sockets.

What is the difference with the Philips FC9330/19? Are both suitable for parquet floors?

Both are certainly suitable for flat floors. According to the description, the blue one should only have 600W. (Which of course is not true) I have both devices, the only difference is really the colour.
