I have only used it once. I wanted to make raw vegetable paste. It was hard to puree the vegetables. It might work better with cooked ones. I didn't try that.

It doesn't come with a water bottle. I don't find it loud at all for its performance. The glass container is rather heavy but stable and dishwasher safe. I can highly recommend this blender.
