Hi guys... my mainboard has only a 12v rgb header and is therefore not compatible with practically all rgb led gimmicks... now i would like to buy the starter kit from phanteks in the hope that i can operate rgb leds (not via software) but a remote control or similar and install them in the first place. My question is: how do I connect this Phanteks Starter Kit to the power supply?

Hello Sepia786 The d-rgb controller from phanteks is powered by a sata connector. I have also recently purchased this just be careful as you probably know many rgb products have different connectors i made some adapters myself but be aware ;) - greetings Korash

Hello Community. I have now built 2 Phanteks RGB strips and 4x 140mm Halo Digital RGB frames into my case. The strips have 4pin and the frames 3pin headers. How do I get them all to work via software/hardware? Can I connect the frames to the Digital RGB Starter Kit? But then the fan frames are not controllable via software? Thanks in advance. LG Mike

Hey Mike I also have the controller at home, as far as I know the strips can only be connected via adapters. That didn't work for me though because the adapter doesn't fit the 3-pin connectors on the Phantek controller. I just switched to the Corsair Lighting Node because the poor availability is really annoying.
