I have lost the charger, is it available individually?

I don't know, but I use a second Panasonic clipper and it uses the same charger.

I just read in the instruction manual that the ER-GK80 should NOT be used on scalp hair or beard.... Why? Does anyone have experience of using this clipper on head and beard hair? What do I risk if I use this part anyway (and bought it for this purpose) for head/beard hair?

Hello I bought this to shave my beard and parts of my head hair. I'm very happy with it and I couldn't tell you any problems with it. Thanks to the design, you can also trim the hair on the back of your neck. Have fun with it :)

Is this clipper safe and does it work well for all body parts?

Unfortunately, we were not able to test this product, but according to the brand this trimmer is designed for the face and the whole body.

Is the device suitable for the 3-day beard? or would you rather recommend something else?

I wouldn't recommend this one for beard hair...I've had the best experience with the Remington HC5810 (https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s6/product/remington-hc5810-genius-trimmer-haarschneider-267228)....
