It is a bit confusing to see 2 pcs in the picture and then only 1 pc is included. Maybe you don't look too closely and think wow great price for 2 pcs. because you actually change both anyway. Bit of a price trap!

Hello jonasbieri, according to internet forums you should need a xenon bulb with the 3DS base. If one of your bulbs is defective, I would remove it so that you have the exact designation of the base type, light output and light colour. I would recommend that you replace both bulbs, as experience has shown that the other one will also fail in 1/2 a year and the luminous intensity will not differ between the two. Important: When replacing the light, make sure that it is switched off and that you do not switch it on accidentally using the Cominghome function, otherwise there is a danger to life - switch-on voltage of several 1,000 V - otherwise it is not rocket science. There are two lamps in all the photos. Only one is mentioned in the small print of the delivery. Galaxus replied to the same request. But this was 7 months ago and nothing has changed. One can only say "Bubetrickli". It looks completely different at Brack.ch!

It clearly says one lamp, the price can hardly be for two! The picture is therefore slightly misleading.

I see the same question being asked by two other persons. The marketing strategy if misleading the customer. There are other similar products in your site with picture of one piece. But this one has two and and when you say 1pc included I understood as 1 pair.

We receive the images from the manufacturer or supplier. On our homepage it is mentioned that only one illuminant is included in the delivery. But I understand the confusion.
