Questions about Oral-B Genius 10100S

For me, this is the best. I needed a new one after about 10 years and recently bought this model. Everything can be monitored via the app. The toothbrush is with pressure monitoring

It should be, I'm sure it's covered by the warranty. I would contact the customer service for this.

The CH version comes with a Swiss plug. The cheaper version comes with an EU plug and an adapter. In absolute terms, they are the same product.

The CH edition has a 4-year guarantee instead of only 2 years. And the 10200W comes with an additional storage bag.

The differences between the 10100S and 10000N models lie in the charging station and the attachment brushes in the set: 10100S includes: Brushes: 2* Cross Action, 1* Sensi UltraThin, 1* 3D White. Charging station without storage for the 2 brushes 10000N: Brushes: 1* Cross Action, 2* Sensi UltraThin, 1* 3D White Charging station with storage space for brushes Both variants have the premium travel case and smartphone holder. However, 10000N is not planned for Switzerland and can therefore unfortunately not be offered.
