We still have the Oral-B Precision Clean brush heads. When we bought them, the Oral-B Genius was not yet available, but the packaging of the brushes says that they are suitable for Triumph, ProfessionalCare, Vitality and AdvancePower.

according to the OralB website: "The Precision Clean attachment brush is compatible with all Oral-B electric toothbrushes. Apart from the Oral-B sonic toothbrush."
