Pricing (everywhere) is made up of several factors. Galaxus employees have often written that price changes are, for example, daily price adjustments that develop from the conditions of the respective suppliers, among other things. The current price also depends on such factors.

For God's sake, why an adapter?! According to the pictures, the power cable is plugged in. So there is nothing to stop you from using a cable with a Swiss type 12 plug. You can get these free of charge from the dealer. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Digitec (or any other Swiss dealer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or, alternatively, a suitable adapter if the mains cable is permanently connected. If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge. No, the projection is vertical, not horizontal as with a normal projector. You place it in front of a wall or screen. At a distance of 12 cm from the unit, the projection surface is 170 cm x 100 cm. Very good picture and sound quality, no technical problems so far (10 months).

The best thing to do is to contact our customer service directly at https://helpcenter.galaxus.ch/hc/de/requests/new. Your request can then be examined individually.

Yes, the input lag is noticeable. Especially in racing games, where reaction time is important, it is annoying. But you can probably get used to it, I usually play on a PC with an optimal setup (144hz, 1ms).

Question 1: Yes you need eARC for Dolby Atmos and Auro 3D (or DTS:X). To be able to output formats such as Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio or object-based formats such as Dolby Atmos, DTS:X and Auro 3D on your X4500H without compression, you need an eARC-capable source device (TV or projector). These formats cannot be transmitted via ARC. On this page you will find the differences and a picture with a comparison: https://www.sony.ch/de/electronics/support/articles/00227116 The ARC input (monitor 1) on the X4500H should be connected to an HDMI 2.1 capable device (or at least one that supports the enhanced audio return channel). You could then connect other HDMI 2.1 devices to this and route the sound in all formats via eARC to the Denon. So much for the theory. You say you have a 9.2 system. But for the object-based formats you mentioned, you need height speakers. With the Denon X4500H, which has 9-channel amplification, you could run a 5.2.4 or 7.2.2 system. Otherwise, you would need another amplifier to use the existing 11-channel processing, which would give you 7.2.4 or 9.2.2 as the maximum expansion level. Question 2: This would work in principle, but it doesn't make sense if you want to have the formats you mentioned. For that you would have to connect the units as mentioned above. If my gathered information is correct, the Denon AVR-X4500H can only do eARC on the ARC input (monitor 1). All other HDMI inputs are not equipped for this. Your Sunrise TV box probably doesn't have any HD audio formats either, so it should rather be connected to the Denon itself (HDMI 1-7), or at best to an HDMI input on the beamer or TV. You can find more information about eARC and HDMI 2.1 here, for example: https://hifi.de/ratgeber/hdmi-arc-und-earc-23537 If that's enough for you, please accept this answer or ask further questions if something is unclear ✌

Hi. I am currently using the beamer without a screen, as it has not yet been delivered. On normal wear and tear, you can live with a seating distance of 3.5m. Picture size is 120" for me. If you have a very fine plaster all the better. Because the image comes from below, the shadows cast by the grain are different from those of a front projection. But the picture is really great. Yesterday I watched the Lion King 4K UHD.
