You can check this projector here: https://www.projectorcentral.com/projection-calculator-pro.cfm There you can define the distance of the projector to the projection-wall/screen and the projected image-size (scale). I've got the same projector and right now I'm still project the image to a concrete-wall (not on a "real screen"). The image is really good for that and would be better if you're project it on a homecinema screen. If you return the product (with original package and all accessories), you'll get normally 90% of the paid price return, so the costs for this action will be 10% of the paid product price. Of course the product has to be working and must be in "new" conditions.
It is delivered without ceiling mount, I own this projector and I fixed it to the ceiling with the following mount: Sunne PRO300S (Ceiling)
Hello, According to Optoma, the projection distance can be between 1.3 and 9.3 metres. 4.62 is by no means a must, but it is certainly ideal. I have mine installed somewhere around this range and am quite happy.
