I bought the air conditioner yesterday. I'm curious to see if we can achieve the desired results. I'm starting to get scared. Partly it says air conditioner, partly it says something like 3300 BTU and partly 9000 BTU. I'm really unsure what this is all about. I hope I haven't made a bad purchase. On the other hand, could I return the unit?

The product is mobile and should be placed at least 50 cm from the wall. An exhaust hose and a sliding bracket for the window are included in the scope of delivery. This unit has an automatic water evaporation system. The condensation water cycle cools the condenser. When the internal water tank is full, a message appears and you can empty the water at the back, to do this simply remove the plug and ideally place a hose or bowl underneath as the water will run out immediately. Here, a hose is included in the scope of delivery and thus this requires a hose.

I am very sorry that you had a puddle of water on the floor. We are not aware of this problem. In this case, I recommend that you open a service case in your customer account. Our service centre can then check the air conditioner for faults.
