I installed the air conditioner according to the instructions - unfortunately I had a puddle of water on the floor. The water plug was attached according to the instructions. Does anyone know this problem?

I am very sorry that you had a puddle of water on the floor. We are not aware of this problem. In this case, I recommend that you open a service case in your customer account. Our service centre can then check the air conditioner for faults.
