Hello, have you connected all the plugs/channels that you have to connect yourself? Or plugged enough into each other? Kind regards Dome
In this case, please contact our customer service directly so that you can be helped accordingly. https://www.galaxus.ch/help
No, it shouldn't be too bad. The battery stops charging when it is full. When it is charging the charger gets hot, when it stops charging it should be cool.
Search the Internet for the HX X9. Then you will find everything :-)
Hello. But that already works. There's still something missing. Press the brake. There are videos on the internet where it is explained. https://youtu.be/Jz_qvFB_5ns?si=EKEvoJdd_a_DEjfl Greetings
I can confirm that.
It is not actualy on the "push of the button", but a bit more adjustments using two available buttons. There are several youtube videos explaining this procedure. No additional tools are needed in order to do this procedure. Max speed will also depend on the actual load on the scooter, and charge level of the battery. Driving faster speeds will use baterry faster and decrease overall distance that can be covered with one battery charge.
Hello The wheels already have a hose on the inside - but with fixed rubber on the outside. LG Leon
Hi, I bought mine in January 2023, from very beginning I had that sound you mentioned from the breaks. I thought it’s going to get better but unfortunately didn’t…few days ago I have to go to local service to repair my breaks because they sometimes didn’t work at all ( not to mention the squeaky sound). The service did a great job. Breaks are working very well and sound is minimal. I think this model is amazing in performance but breaks are a weak point. Maybe you should look for some small service place and they will look at it
I've read elsewhere that it ends after 15%. Maybe with a lot of start-up and momentum and if the 18% are only short...
Press the menu button 2 times.
The scooter is splash-proof. So you will get through normal rain. However, the device should not end up in a stream.
I can only recommend this product, it is characterised by its impeccable workmanship, has a powerful motor, good stability and good brakes as well as good lights. You can reprogram the device to 25 km/h with little effort. Should be enough of a good thing.

The motor is in the back wheel.
I don't think so at digitec, but you can order them from the original manufacturer in China. https://hxescooter.com/product-category/parts/ , there are probably all the parts you could need.
https://youtube.com/shorts/T7OMBVH_GiY?feature=share Just change the settings, but it's not recommended... Riding faster on this scooter is dangerous, there is no suspension ...
We do not currently have any individual parts for this product in our range.
The scooter has pneumatic tyres
20.8 Ah thank you for pointing this out. The specifications will be corrected as soon as possible.
Speeds above 20 km/h are deactivated by the software on the scooter and cannot be selected in the menu. However, there is a special key combination that can be used to reactivate this hidden option in the menu.
