Practically all e-scooters in Switzerland are designed for one person only, so they may not be ridden by two people. Anyone who disregards this rule and is caught doing so will pay a fine of CHF 20.

Unfortunately, we are generally unable to offer technical support. I would suggest that you check the manual for explanations of error codes (if you haven't already done so). I would normally suggest contacting the manufacturer. However, that might be a little difficult here. Another option would of course always be to send the device in for inspection and repair within the warranty period. I hope that someone from the Community will be able to help you.
