This should not be the case and we sell this item regularly. This CH version is not only sold by us, but also by some of the other largest suppliers in Switzerland. Please contact our Galaxus Assistant in this regard so that we can help you individually with your request: https://www.galaxus.ch/help

I don't have a photo. The yellow hexagonal adapter didn't work for me either. I then "enlarged" the knob cylinder with a few layers of paper tape and now it works perfectly, as long as I don't want to double lock it. It does work with double locking, but I always get an error message.

Unfortunately, you would have to tell the manufacturer directly. However, we can understand the objection.

The key still works from the other side when the lock is installed, as the Smart Lock PRO (5th Gen) CH cylinder is compatible with existing cylinders that have an emergency and danger function, allowing manual key operation from the outside even when the smart lock is installed on the inside. However, compatibility issues can arise with certain knob cylinders (e.g., KABA or KESO rotary knob systems), where adapters may be required or the key function may be limited or not work properly without changing the cylinder. For standard Euro profile cylinders with emergency and danger function, the key remains usable from the outside side.

Hey, I had ordered the lock, I have a Keso system with a rotary knob. I then bought a self-printed adapter (of good quality) on Etsy, but even with this it couldn't be installed because the distance was too great and the lock could no longer be pushed up to the door. If you really want to be sure, take the 4th generation, which has been proven to work with a rotary knob...

I've had the Nuki Pro with adhesive mounting for about a month now. So far it has held perfectly and makes a very solid impression! However, I haven't set it to the super fast closing mode. But I don't think that should be a problem either.

You can only pair one Keypad per Nuki Smart Lock; it is not possible to connect one Keypad to multiple Smart Locks. The Keypad is therefore always connected one-to-one with a single Smart Lock.

Hi, don't buy the lock as it is not compatible with the KESO knob. I bought an adapter on Etsy and it doesn't even work with that. You'd be better off buying the Nuki Smart Lock Pro (4th generation), which has been proven to work with the KESO rotary knob

The device is compatible with a DOM push-button lock thanks to a specific adapter available for this type of push-button cylinder. This adapter acts as a connector between the DOM knob cylinder and the intelligent lock, enabling it to be installed and operated correctly. The Nuki adapter for DOM must therefore be used to ensure compatibility. This solution is designed for knob cylinders with no key inside, just an oval knob.

You can buy this Nuki Smart Lock PRO (5th generation) model even if your lock has a DOM cylinder with a knob inside. This model is designed for easy installation on the door, over the existing cylinder, without having to change it or modify the door. What's more, Nuki offers a specific adaptor for DOM knob cylinders, allowing the Smart Lock to be connected to the existing cylinder without any problem. So there's no need to get the ULTRA version with a dedicated cylinder if you already have a DOM cylinder with knob.

For a Kaba lock that cannot be opened with the duplicate key card, there is no direct solution for the Nuki Smart Lock PRO (5th Gen) CH cylinder without changing the cylinder. The Nuki Smart Lock is basically compatible with many common cylinders, including Dormakaba, but a special adapter is required for knob cylinders, which serves as a connecting piece between the knob cylinder and Smart Lock. If your lock has a knob cylinder, the matching Nuki adapter for Dormakaba (Kaba) can be used to attach the Smart Lock. However, with special lock mechanisms, such as yours with the double key card, it is often necessary to change the cylinder, as the Smart Lock is dependent on the cylinder mechanism and there is no solution without replacing the cylinder. To summarise: Without changing the cylinder, there is no known solution to using the Nuki Smart Lock with a Kaba lock that cannot be opened with the duplicate key card. Changing the cylinder to a compatible type is the recommended procedure. A specialist can check whether an adapter and the existing cylinder work together or whether a replacement is necessary.

Hello. I've had the new lock for about 4 weeks and it has worked every time so far. However, I already had a Nuki before and it worked pretty well with that too.

I used to have an older version (2 or 3). It was definitely too loud for me. I only had it for a few weeks at the time. I've had the Pro version 5th Gen. for about a month now. I am very satisfied. It is much more reliable. There are three speed settings. Faster = louder. I work with the middle one during the day. Overnight, I set it so that the slowest level is active. It is then a little quieter, but works for longer... I don't have any measurements or exact figures. But it feels quieter. It's also more reliable, nicer and faster.

The Smart Lock PRO (5th Gen) CH cylinder from Nuki does not require a bridge for remote access, as it has an integrated Wi-Fi module that enables direct remote access. This means you can control the lock on the move with your smartphone without using an additional hub or bridge.
