Question about Nuki Smart Lock PRO (5th Gen) CH cylinder
Has anyone actually fitted a Nuki Smart Lock Pro (5th gen) CH to a KABA knob cylinder and is there a photo of a new adapter that takes over the key function (the yellow hexagonal adapter in the earlier versions)?

I don't have a photo. The yellow hexagonal adapter didn't work for me either. I then "enlarged" the knob cylinder with a few layers of paper tape and now it works perfectly, as long as I don't want to double lock it. It does work with double locking, but I always get an error message.
I have installed the "Nuki Smart Lock PRO (5th Gen) CH cylinder" and it is working perfectly so far.
The installation went smoothly. An adapter was not required.
This is how it went with my KABA knob cylinder:
- Removed the screw in the centre of the knob,
- pulled off the knob,
- fitted the adapter concentrically (in my case the glued version),
- clicked in the Smart Lock,
- configured the Smart Lock using the app,
- and that's it.
The slot for the key in the Smart Lock fitted perfectly with the milled key width for the knob on the cylinder.

I cut the KABA knob to size with a hacksaw and file so that it fits. Now the NUKI works perfectly.
Initial attempts with 3D printed plastic adapters and gluing were unsuccessful due to the high torques.

I bought a Nuki Smart Lock Pro (5th gen) and realised that there is no way to connect this lock to a knob cylinder. It only works with keys in the lock. I contacted Nuki support and got the answer that this is not possible. Not really helpful but the reality, unfortunately!
The Nuki Smart Lock Pro (5th Gen) CH is generally no longer suitable for knob cylinders, but there are some alternative options.
1st option: You use the lower "Go" version instead of the "Pro", the Go can then also be used with knob cylinders.
2nd option: Look around the web for suitable adapters for the Pro. There are many adapters from third-party providers that simulate the narrow shape of a key so that it fits on the knob cylinder. It is best to search for the following terms: "Knob Adapter for Nuki Smart Lock Pro - KABA".
