Unfortunately, I don't know anything about car batteries. My battery says "LP370APE050CH0" Battery 50Ah - 360 A En I keep having the problem, as I don't need my car that often at the moment, that the battery is discharging. Can I charge the battery with this device, is the voltage? compatible...? I saw that the device still has a connection for the cigarette lighter. Can I "keep the battery alive" with this connection? In other words, I connect the charging station to the cigarette lighter, close my vehicle, come back two weeks later and the battery is charged? Thank you very much for your feedback.

I think the G26000 would be total overkill for this task. It is also relatively large and heavy. Look for an inexpensive device with trickle charging, such as the Blaupunkt Smart Charger 170, which also has a connection for the cigarette lighter (the G26000 does not, by the way).
