The plug is intended for use in Switzerland.
The thing needs WLAN. It only works with Bluetooth if it wants to. Sometimes yes, sometimes no :) You need the right app. And check the three buttons on the white switch. Instruction booklet.

No, that is not possible, I mean the control via Philips Hue. Mains plugs per se (power supply) for the strip are compatible with others provided 12V and 1-2 amps Gruess
If you mean mixing colours like red and blue become magenta, yes. If you mean one LED red another green, no.
