More seriously, all the languages are included in the game. I bought the German version, inserted the card in my switch and the game started in French... So there you go.

Furthermore, prices are based on supply and demand, suppliers and availability of goods. For all these reasons, there can be a price difference between the same product in different languages.
Without really having any further information at the moment, I assume that they are only available digitally. However, if they are released in a physical form, we can certainly offer them ;).
