It's the second one. VaporizR TWO is written on it. 27MHz waterproof. It drives like a tank, you have to push both joypads on the remote forward to make it go straight or vice versa. When you press the joypads differently it turns in a circle 360 degrees. Runs with normal AA battery 4 pieces (are included). I think I have answered all your questions.
