Yes, sock-wise it fits and also space-wise with normal RAM bars. I go for separate cooling
I cannot confirm this. I use the same board, i7 12700KF, Corsair Vengeance RGB RS 2x32GB with a Gainward RTX3050 Ghost.
So far no problems at all, and I also play CoD WWII, Rust etc. on it. Maybe the HDD is spiking? I have two SSDs installed...

Socket and processor chip fits
The board itself does not support RGB control - so it supplies power for the fans. But controlling the colours is not.

It actually has exactly the same number of fan headers as the one you asked about yesterday (;
