The board supports Zen3 (5000 series), but...: Had to flash the BIOS for compatibility with Zen3. (Out of the box only Zen2 is supported (maybe Zen1 too). None of my USB sticks worked worked in conjunction with the automatic USB flash function. I had to send one of the boards in because of this. In the end: Had to put in a Zen2 CPU before, then flash for Zen3 compatibility in the BIOS, and then put in the Zen3 CPU. I don't know that Galaxus offers "pre-flashing to Zen3".

Hi, have you tried setting the RGB from Dragon Center? A friend of mine had the same problem and he just rewired the CM and it worked. Hope this helps :)
