So far not at Digitec, but at Conrad (compatible models) and various radio shops (possibly also org. Motorola from T82 extreme orderable?). Some radio shops also change (re-solder) the connectors, e.g. from the PMMN4013, and there are certainly adapters / adapter cables available from them and possibly also from Conrad.
