Hello 🙋♂️ bought a radio Mororola XT420 with Motorola microphone PMMN4014A at Galaxus..... the radios work as soon as I connect a microphone no longer goes and there are strange noises coming from the radio? What to do ? Thanks for your help
Try plugging in the connector with unusual force. This is typical Motorola. It takes a lot more force than with normal headphone plugs, but then it holds properly and is tight.
