Unfortunately I have the same "problem". I've searched everywhere, but haven't found anything. It is very likely that the display cannot be turned off completely in this mode. Only in do not disturb mode does the display not light up when I move my arm. LG

According to the manufacturer's website, it is designed for swimming in a pool (https://www.mobvoi.com/eu/pages/ticwatchpro3gps - "IP68 and pool swimming suitable"). IP68 is not "just" IP68, as 8 is almost the maximum (9 being the maximum) - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IP_Code. The IP code does not take into account the salinity of the water, so the manufacturer (Mobvoi) guarantees water resistance in fresh water, with continuous immersion to a depth of 1m or more.

Unfortunately, we do not have a solution for you, other than the usual procedures such as factory reset etc. However, we leave it open to our customers if any of them have a solution.

I've had the watch for a week now and haven't noticed any problems, neither with vibration nor with crashes of any kind. I came from the Fossil Gen n 5 and am thrilled. Maybe you got a bad model? I would try an exchange. I haven't seen the problems in any reviews yet. LG

Here is a link to the instructions : https://support.google.com/wearos/answer/7314149?co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid&hl=de. I have not yet succeeded in establishing a connection to my devices. The button "Add devices" described in the instructions is not (yet) displayed. As always, everything is accompanied by the note "may not be available in your country".
