On the digitec homepage in your customer account, the codes are displayed under software licences.

Digital credit cards such as the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate (3 months) are only available as long as the corresponding codes are in stock. If the supplier's stock of codes has been used up or the item is temporarily not released again, it will be displayed as unavailable.

As far as I am informed, Gamepass is always account-based, i.e. the device does not matter. So it works on all Xboxes. By the way, this is the Gamepass Ultimate, with which you also get the Gamepass for PC in addition to the Xbox Gamepass.
