Product Key Cards (PKC) consist of a pack containing a card with the licence key and can be used to unlock pre-installed Office products, but also for reinstallation. PKC versions are restricted in the rights of use compared to FPP/ESD and volume licences. Details: https://www.software-express.de/hersteller/microsoft/pkc/

Yes, all these versions is a huge mess. The item you're referencing to (article number 24497695) is exactly what I bought. This is the retail version containing USB key for the installation and the paper with the code. With this version, you can reinstall windows on another computer if you decided to switch your PC, for example. With the OEM version (which is cheaper and usually goes with DVD), you can install the system only once and it becomes binded to the hardware. So this version (article number 24497695) is the best option, from my point of view.

To successfully install Windows 11 Home on a computer, the following minimum system requirements must be met: - Processor: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster with two or more cores on a compatible 64-bit processor or system-on-a-chip (SoC). - Memory: 4 gigabytes (GB) or more. - Storage: 64 GB or more of available storage space. - System firmware: UEFI, Secure Boot-capable. - TPM: Trusted Platform Module (TPM) version 2.0. - Graphics card: Compatible with DirectX 12 or later, with WDDM 2.0 driver. - Display: High-resolution display (720p), 9 inches or larger, 8 bits per colour channel. - Internet connection: Internet connection required for updates and to download and use some functions. A Microsoft account is required for the initial setup of the device. It is also important to note that the device must use UEFI firmware and Secure Boot and that TPM 2.0 must be enabled.

No, you can't do that directly, unless you perform a new installation. First you have to update to Windows 10, which is free of charge. Once you have done that, you can update to Windows 11 for free. It is only important that you have backed up your most important personal data beforehand and that your PC or notebook also supports the requirements for Windows 11.
