i have 2 pc. here is a purchased home& students version 2010 (cds) installed. now i want to buy a new one for 1 pc, full version 2016. a) can i read the corresp. written on the old version on the new one? b) can i read the ones written on the new 2016 version on the old 2010? thank you.

a) Yes.
b) Yes. Normally both versions work with .docx. You may need to switch to .doc format under File type when saving.

The activation is only intended for 1 device. But what happens if I buy a new PC or laptop? Can I activate the licence there again?

Is the ACCESS programme also included although it is not mentioned in the product description? (I bought the Office 365 Personal subscription for one year a month ago. Access is not listed, but it also runs with the licence key supplied).

Unfortunately, the package I received says "NOT FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES" in large letters. Home & Business comes with Outlook. I don't need that. But it is probably the only alternative which can also be used for commercial purposes?
