300W power is correct in that it is the nominal motor power. 500W refers to the maximum available power, i.e. the peak.

Basically none, actually the exact same product. The only difference is that the maximum speed is limited to 20 km/h, and not 30 km/h like the X4

I bought this part, but unfortunately there's nothing about locking.
It has a power button to start and no key or anything like that.

Batteries are normally excluded from the warranty.

The product has a 2-year guarantee, so if you have a problem with the goods during the guarantee period, this should be taken care of, battery or not.
