The Medisana PM100 Connect officially has an SpO2 measurement range of 70–100%. Many of these devices can theoretically display a wider range, but manufacturers often only specify measurement accuracy from 70% SpO2 upwards. Therefore, I would advise against using a cheaper device for the reliable measurement of values below 70%. Perhaps other users can provide further assistance. The question remains open in the community.
Hello, we haven't had any problems with it so far. I can't answer whether it works correctly because I don't have a comparison.
No problem for our 12-year-old with small fingers. It measures oxygen and pulse reliably.
The PM 101 does not have Bluetooth.
The PM 100 has Bluetooth.

It could be that the little one's fingers are too "thin" to be detected properly by the sensor. There are special devices that can also detect a child's fine fingers correctly. I would google "pulse oximeter for infants":
