The graphics card should actually fit, but you can never be sure with ready-made PCs. Do you still have a free PCIe slot? This is located under the CPU socket and has a "snap-in hook" on one side like the main memory. If you still have a free slot, you should check the dimensions of the graphics card again and possibly measure whether the graphics card would fit. I hope this answer has helped you a little....

They will not be able to replace it. The integrated graphics unit is in the processor. You can upgrade the PC with an extra graphics card, yes. An H110 chipset should have a PCIe slot that is directly connected to the processor, so it should work. For just 150.- there are not so many options. At most a GTX 1050 2gb, which should cost just about that. Don't you want to buy a better PC for 1050?
