Is it possible to play games with this PC? Is the tower good enough to play current games smoothly and without fps drops?

Basically, this PC is not badly equipped, but it lacks a graphics card. I have exactly the same equipment, but I have a Geforce GTX 1050TI in it and I can play great games with it.
