According to the research it has no cable management with it.
It has 3 heights. 70cm, 75cm, 80cm and the height can only be changed by loosening the screws. There are 2 screws per leg to loosen, adjust the height and screw the screws back in. My tip is to choose the right height at the beginning. I hope you are satisfied with this answer.
