As with most Blutooth devices, only one pairing to one device at a time is possible. In other words, for this requirement you would have to buy two transmitters and a splitter (e.g. item number: 2740402). Then it should work

I have transferred the sound from a radio to Bluetooth speakers. This works fine, BUT there is a delay! So the picture and the sound from your TV will probably be out of sync on the headphones.
