Can the sound from a Toshiba LCD TV be transmitted to Beat headphones (Bluetooth)?

I have transferred the sound from a radio to Bluetooth speakers. This works fine, BUT there is a delay! So the picture and the sound from your TV will probably be out of sync on the headphones.
