Is it possible to connect the Bluetooth adapter and the computer at the same time so that you can play music from the mobile phone and gamble on the PC?

I have installed the speakers - no problem. But now the speakers hum at a level of more than 1/4. Could this be a production fault? What else could cause this noise?
